Shipping

Most orders are shipped First Class US mail.

Shipping and handling charge is US $4.95 per order.

Shipments to addresses outside of the USA, as well as large orders, may cost extra. Please contact us for details.

At this time I am rather busy during the week with my full-time engineering job. I usually try to catch up with Tauntek orders Friday night and ship Saturday morning. Also, I am not as careful as I once was about maintaining my parts inventory, so sometimes I may have to order a few items before I can ship a kit.

Payment options

Check or US Postal money order is acceptable. All checks must be made payable to Bob Grieb. Personal checks must clear before shipment.

I also accept payment via Paypal. Please contact me for details.

Customs Declarations

Please do not ask me to understate the value of items that I am shipping to reduce the duty. If there is a specific way to (accurately) describe the items which will reduce your country's import duty, I would be happy to use it. Just let me know.
